田中 伸男（たなか のぶお）
国際エネルギー機関（IEA）元事務局長／ICFE運営委員会 議長／タナカグローバル株式会社 CEO。
1973年通商産業省入省。1986年 大臣官房秘書課長補佐。1987年資源エネルギー庁企画官。1989年 経済協力開発機構（OECD）、科学技術工業局次長、同局長を経て、1995年 産業政策局産業資金課長。1997年通商政策局総務課長。1998年 外務省在アメリカ合衆国日本大使館公使。2000年経済産業研究所副所長。2002年通商政策局通商機構部長。2004年経済協力機構（OECD）、科学技術産業局長を経て、2007年9月～2011年8月まで国際エネルギー機関（IEA）事務局長。（一財）日本エネルギー経済研究所特別顧問、東京大学公共政策大学院教授、2015年 ～ 2016年公益財団法人笹川平和財団理事長、2016年～2020年6月同会長を経て、現職はタナカグローバル株式会社CEO。2021年瑞宝重光章を受章。
Dr. Katherine Casey Delhotal
Katherine C. “Casey”, Delhotal, Ph.D., was appointed Senior Director for Asia-Pacific international government relations at Exxon Mobil Corp. in January 2014. As of July 1, Dr. Delhotal will become the Advocacy Advisor for ExxonMobil’s new Low Carbon Solutions Company. As an adviser, Dr. Delhotal provides situational insight to ExxonMobil companies, provides ExxonMobil management with access to key stakeholders in the region, and works to inform regional stakeholders on Exxon’s policy positions.
Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Dr. Delhotal spent 20 years in the US Government. In her last assignment, Dr. Delhotal was the director of East Asian affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she led cooperative programs with East Asian countries, worked with other federal agencies on energy-related trade and investment policies, and provided analysis to the government and private sector on regional and global oil and gas markets.
She received a bachelor’s degree in economics with honors from the University of Texas, earned a graduate certificate at Nanjing University/Johns Hopkins Center for Chinese-American Studies, a master’s degree in economics from Boston University, a master’s degree in environmental science from Johns Hopkins University, and a Ph.D. in environmental and economic policy from the University of Maryland. She was a lead author on the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report.
