本セミナーでは、南アジア及び東南アジアの建設プロジェクトにおける複雑な紛争管理に焦点を当て、そのなかでも特にバングラデシュやパキスタン、ベトナム及びインドネシア等の成長市場にフォーカスし、文化面及び法律面の違いから生じる課題にどう対応すれば良いかについて、ヒントとなる事例を挙げて解説します。
マスタークラスでは、皆様の建設プロジェクトを成功に導くため、時効期間が短いことにより生じる問題や、現地の仲裁機関による仲裁の利用に伴うリスク、物価上昇の影響等、これらの国や地域で頻繁に生じる問題に対応するために必要な知識とツールをご紹介します。

This seminar will focus on managing complex disputes on construction projects in South and Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on key growth markets, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam and Indonesia. The seminar will illustrate some case studies to provide valuable insights into the challenges posed by cultural and legal differences.
