本ウェビナーでは、関心が高まり続けているESGとアジアにおけるその影響につき、特にビジネスと人権に焦点を当てて解説いたします。規制環境については、「ソフト・ロー」の影響が強まってきていることに伴う変化について検討いたします。また、欧州において既に施行されている、もしくは今後施行されるデューデリジェンス義務に関する制度についてもコメントし、日本のビジネスへの実際的な影響について検討いたします。
In this webinar, we will explore the continued rise of ESG and the implications for Asia, with a particular focus on business and human rights. We will consider the shifting regulatory landscape, which is increasingly influenced by ‘soft laws’. We will also look at the mandatory due diligence regimes that have been enacted or will be coming into force across Europe, and consider the practical implications for businesses in Japan.
