ベン・フォーエーカー（Berkeley Research Group　日本支社長）
Ben Fouracre has been based in Japan for 15 years from where he has assisted both Japanese and foreign multinationals with strategic planning, operational execution, market entry, business intelligence, due diligence, crisis response, brand integrity, and design and implementation of global compliance programs. He has been involved in providing investigative support, advice and training to Japanese companies facing operational challenges in emerging markets related to bribery and corruption issues. His clients have included government organizations and major, culturally diverse multinationals in a number of industries.

戸田　謙太郎（TMI総合法律事務所　パートナー　弁護士・ニューヨーク州弁護士）
独占禁止法・競争法、海外贈収賄規制、通商問題（アンチ・ダンピング）、国際紛争、国際取引を主な取扱分野とする。グローバルコンプライアンス体制の構築に関するアドバイスや社内コンプライアンス研修の講師なども精力的に行っている。
